Zakłady Tkanin Technicznych "Bonitex" S.A. (Technical Fabrics Plant) is a company with tradition, manufacturing technical fabrics and yarns. The plant launched its manufacturing of technical fabrics in 1966, subsequently extending its scope of business with yarns.

In 1993, ZTT "BONITEX" S.A. entered the process of mass privatisation and was included in the 4th National Investment Trust.

Currently the company is one of the leading Polish producers of technical fabrics for feeders, fabrics for other specialist applications and a vast range of yarns.

ZTT Bonitex S.A. remains an entity with private capital.
