The main business of ZTT "Bonitex" S.A. is the manufacturing of:

  • feeder belt fabrics
  • filtration fabrics
  • geofabrics
  • padding fabrics
  • net fabrics
  • cloth fabrics.

The machine park enables the manufacturing of fabrics:

  • of varying weight per square meter – max 2.4 kg /m2
  • with various materials used for weft and warp:
    • polyamide silks,o polyester silks,
    • yarns made of natural fibres,
    • yarns made of artificial fibres,
    • aramid silks,
    • core yarn,
    • polyamide and polyester monofils,
    • artificial fibre yarns with natural fibres
  • with various weave,
  • of various width - max 2.6m
  • of various fabric length. 

Fabrics produced at the company can be used for example in the following:

Polyamide and polyester fabrics

Intended use: 

  • Mining industry - conveyor belts in which textile separators guarantee the required resistance of belts:
    • flame-resistant textile and rubber tapes for universal feeders used in opencast mines, working at a temperature from –25°C to 60°C;
    • heat-resistant textile and rubber tapes working at a temperature of +120°C and 180°C;
    • flame-resistant antistatic textile and rubber tapes working at a temperature from 25°C to 60°C;
    • flat cam textile and rubber belts working at a temperature from -25°C to 60°C;
    • other textile and rubber products

Cotton and elano-cotton fabrics

Intended use:

  • Shoe industry:
    • lining textiles for the rubber shoe industry;
    • cloth fabrics.

Polyamide fabrics

Intended use:

  • Ceramic and confectionery industry:
    • fabrics for wet filtration.
  • Mining industry:
    • for wet filtration of mineral materials, e.g. quartz sand
  • Rubber shoe industry:
    • knurling fabrics.

Core-yarn fabrics

Intended use:

  • PAT fabrics
    • textile and rubber conveyor belt tapes for light works, made of polyvinyl chloride, for general and special use (foodstuff), working at a temperature from –20°C to +60°C;
    • flame-resistant chloroprene, antistatic textile and rubber tapes working in the temperature from +5°C to +60°C;
    • PVC tapes for industries: mining, food, construction and agriculture, working at a temperature from –25°C to +60°C;
  • PET fabrics:
    • standard flat conveyor belt tapes, working at a temperature from -10°C to +75°C;
    • standard conveyor belt tapes for foodstuff, working at a temperature from –30°C to +110°C;
    • PVC tapes for industries: mining, food, construction and agriculture, working at a temperature from –25°C to +60°C;
  • TKR fabrics:
    • protective clothing - fabric resistant to abrasion, cutting, high temperature and chemical substances, and thus used for safety gloves for employees of the glass, steel industry, fire-fighters; one-layer gloves without lining working at a temperature of ca. 200°C; with additional layers of lining - higher temperature range

Geofabrics

Intended use:

  • PW fabrics are intended to be used in road engineering, especially for:
    • the strengthening of the upper layer of ground of road and railway surface;
    • building temporary roads in tough ground and water conditions;
    • building strengthened embankments and retaining walls;
    • strengthening roadsides;
    • building car parks in tough ground and water conditions;
    • stabilising landslips;
    • strengthening weak surface of transport embankments;
    • performing separation layers between various ground fractions.

Net fabrics

Intended use:

  • textile and rubber feeder belts with steel lines;
  • carrier fabric supporting composites;
  • in transport engineering;
  • feeder belt fabric working as a feeder belt in dryers in the painting industry after stabilisation used in the conditions of continued work at a temperature of +135°C.
